Welcome to Chef Ray's Catering.  We are a full service on and off premise catering operation located in Doylestown Pennsylvania.  Whether it is a wedding reception for 500 or an intimate dinner for two prepared in your home our staff of culinary school graduate chefs are pleased to provide you with a most memorable dining experience. 

We are pleased to announce that we are now  the exclusive caterer and event coordinator for all functions at the Eagle Banquet Facility in New Hope, Pennsylvania, a venue holding up to 300 guests.

Chef Ray Bradney

 

Seafood Mélange

1 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic
½ cup shallots
1 cup white wine
½ tomato, diced
12 clams
12 shrimp
12 scallops
12 mussels
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Sauté garlic and shallots in butter and add white wine. Add clams. When clams open add shrimp and scallops. When shrimp start to turn red add mussels. Add herbs and lemon and let simmer for 5 minutes.
