                                          General Class Information

Classes are held on Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday evenings at our 23 South Clinton Street building. There is a maximum of 25 openings per class at a cost of $40.00 per person. Classes run from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. and there is a discounted rate for groups of 15 or more.

Please call for reservations, or sign-up on-line as soon as possible as classes are filling up quickly. On-line registrants will be contacted for credit card information by a Chef Rays staff member. Gift certificates are also available for any class – they make a great gift idea!!
