Additional Service Information

Buffet package prices include all food costs as well as use of all professional serving equipment, i.e., chafing dishes, carving stations, etc.

On-site services of chef's, server's and bartenders are available at an additional price of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour per person.  Please consult your booking agent for details.


We are able to provide bartending services for your event at an additional cost of $25.00 per hour.

Package prices do not include the standard 6% Pennsylvania sales tax or 18%gratuity.

In order to reserve your event, a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking.
Deposits are refundable up until two weeks prior to your event. After that time, deposits are non-refundable.

Menu items may be added or deleted dependent upon your wishes which may ultimately affect your total fee.

We would be happy to suggest rental companies that would satisfy any of your events needs or you may also procure rentals through us.

At Chef Ray’s Catering we strive to meet all of your culinary needs. If there is something that you don’t see on our menu please let us know and we will do our best to customize your menu selection.
